Buzlr lets residents share arrival instructions with their visitors. The data controller is Titan Interactive LLC (Wyoming, United States). This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the rights you have over it. Contact: hello@buzlr.app.
Data you give us as a resident
Account: your email address, name and language preference, used to sign you in (passwordless links) and to send you arrival alerts you asked for.
Home and arrival data: whatever you type into a place or an arrival brief — address, entrance instructions, unit details, parking notes, access codes, fallback contact text and photos you upload. We store it only to render the pages you choose to share.
Data about visitors
Visitors never create accounts and we do not identify them. When someone opens a shared brief we record an anonymous event (time and interface language). If they tap "I'm here" we record the moment and the reason they picked. No name, no account, no advertising identifiers, and no long-term storage of raw IP addresses.
Where it lives and who processes it
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL and file storage, EU region). The site runs on Vercel. Emails are delivered by Resend from hello@buzlr.app. These providers act as processors for us; we do not sell data or run third-party advertising trackers.
Your session is kept in your browser's local storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Sharing by link — what it means
A brief is reachable by anyone who has its link. Links are long and random so they cannot be guessed, and you can set expiry dates, archive a brief at any time, or mark photos as sensitive so they are hidden once a brief expires. Be deliberate about who you send a link to.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays until you delete it. Deleting a brief or place removes it and its history. Deleting your account removes everything you created, immediately and irreversibly. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
Your rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)
You can request access, correction, a copy (portability), restriction or deletion of your data, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@buzlr.app and we will act on it within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will note it here and, for material changes, tell you by email.
