Buzlr

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of Buzlr (buzlr.app), a service operated by Titan Interactive LLC (Wyoming, United States) for creating and sharing arrival instructions. By creating an account or opening a shared brief you accept them. Contact: hello@buzlr.app.

The service

Buzlr lets residents create "arrival briefs" — pages with instructions, photos and rules that help a visitor reach the right door — and share them by link or QR. Buzlr coordinates arrivals; it does not open doors, operate locks or guarantee that a visitor follows your instructions.

Your account and your content

You sign in with email links; keep access to your inbox secure. The content you publish in a brief is yours and your responsibility: only share information and photos you have the right to share, keep it accurate, and do not publish content that is illegal, infringing or harmful.

Anyone with a brief's link can view it while it is active. You control expiry, archiving and deletion. Treat access codes with care — prefer expiring briefs for anything sensitive.

Acceptable use

Do not use Buzlr to harass, to expose other people's private information without their consent, to probe or overload the service, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and availability

Buzlr is currently offered free of charge during its initial period; paid plans with additional features may be introduced later, announced in advance. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; we work to keep it fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzlr is not liable for indirect damages, for the conduct of visitors or third parties, or for losses arising from sharing a link with the wrong person. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you use Buzlr as a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep any rights granted by the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
